These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Vacations Edutainment Pvt. Ltd. (“Vacations Edutainment”, “we”, “us”) website and the enquiries you make through it. By using this website you accept these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published on this page is the one that applies.

1. About us and our services

Vacations Edutainment is an educational-travel company offering international education programmes, student exchanges, university-immersion tours, wildlife voyages and related travel services for students, teachers and schools. Information on this website is provided for general guidance and to help you plan such programmes. While we take care to keep it accurate, website content (including itineraries, images, dates and indicative details) is for general information only, may contain errors or become out of date, and does not itself form a contract or a binding offer.

2. Enquiries and bookings

• Submitting an enquiry, feedback or brochure-download form on this website is a request for information — it is not a confirmed booking and does not create a contract to travel.
• A trip is confirmed only through a separate written booking or agreement between you (or your school/organisation) and Vacations Edutainment, and on payment of the applicable amounts.
• You agree that the information you provide to us is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it — including, where a traveller is under 18, that you are their parent, guardian or an authorised representative.

3. Prices and itineraries

• Itineraries, inclusions and indicative details shown on this website or in our brochures are illustrative and may change.
• Prices are shared on enquiry and are subject to availability, group size, travel dates, exchange rates, airfare and taxes at the time of booking. The final price is the one confirmed in your booking agreement.

4. Payments, changes and cancellations

Payment schedules, amendment charges, cancellation terms and refunds are set out in the booking agreement for your specific programme. Because international travel involves third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport and tour operators), their terms and cancellation policies also apply.

5. Travel documents and traveller responsibilities

• Travellers are responsible for holding a valid passport, the correct visas, and any required vaccinations or health clearances for the destinations on their itinerary.
• We recommend appropriate travel insurance for every traveller. Where insurance is included in a programme, its scope is set out in the booking agreement.
• Travellers (and, for students, their parents/guardians and accompanying staff) are expected to follow the reasonable instructions of tour managers and local guides for safety and the smooth running of the trip.

6. Third-party services

Many elements of a trip are provided by independent third parties. While we select partners with care, we are not liable for the acts, omissions or default of third-party suppliers beyond our reasonable control. This website may also link to or embed third-party content (such as maps or social-media feeds), which is governed by those parties’ own terms.

7. Photographs and media

Photographs and videos may be taken during trips for records and promotional use. Where these feature identifiable students, we use them in line with our Privacy Policy and with the appropriate consent. If you would prefer a traveller’s image not to be used, please tell us in writing.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, logos, images, itineraries and design — belongs to Vacations Edutainment or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vacations Edutainment is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events outside our reasonable control (including weather, strikes, flight cancellations, government action or force majeure). Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
