Day 01
Departure from Delhi International Airport to Kathmandu. Upon arrival, we will board a comfortable coach to transfer to our hotel. After checking in, take some time to relax and unwind, enjoying the leisurely pace of the day at your own convenience. Later in the evening, gather for a comprehensive briefing about the exciting adventures that lie ahead during our trek .As the day comes to a close, indulge in a delicious dinner, savoring the flavors of Nepali cuisine. Then, retreat to the comfort of your hotel room for a restful overnight stay, rejuvenating yourself for the adventures awaiting us in the days ahead.
Day 02
Early morning departure at 2 am for Manthali. Enjoy a packed breakfast en route. After a 4-5 hour drive, board a mountain flight to Lukla. Following lunch, trek towards Phakding, begin your trek by descending towards the tranquil Dudh Koshi River, where the main trail to Namche Bazaar awaits, passing through scenic vistas and charming villages like Ghat. Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel in Phakding.
Day 03
Awake to the crisp mountain air and indulge in a hearty breakfast at the Hotel. Energized and eager for adventure, we take our path winds through the breathtaking Dudh Koshi valley, Crossing the iconic Hillary Suspension Bridge, we enter the pristine wilderness of Sagarmatha National Park. As we ascend, each step brings us closer to the legendary Namche Bazaar. We pause to savor a delicious lunch. That marks our arrival at the Namche Bazaar. After a day filled with adventure and discovery, we gather for a sumptuous dinner. Overnight stay at the Hotel.
Day 04
After breakfast, embark on a leisurely stroll uphill to Sagarmatha National Park and the scenic overlook of Namche Bazaar. Lunch at the Hotel. Today’s activities focus on gentle acclimatization, ensuring readiness for the adventures ahead. Enjoy a relaxing evening with dinner at the hotel, soaking in the serene ambiance of the Himalayas and preparing for the exciting trekking days ahead.
Day 05
Indulge in a hearty breakfast to energize yourself for the day's adventure . Following the refreshing break, the trail winds through a scenic path, offering breathtaking views of the towering peaks. As you continue, you’ll encounter the bustling village of Sagnasa, surrounded by unique vegetation, adding to the charm of the journey. Enjoy a delicious lunch amidst the mountainous landscape Eventually, the trail leads you to the tranquil enclave of Tengboche. After exploring Tengboche and its iconic monastery, return to your hotel for a well-deserved dinner.
Day 06
After a fulfilling breakfast, the trail descends through enchanting forests, leading to the quaint village of Deboche. Here, immerse yourself in the serene surroundings before continuing your journey.Following lunch, the trail ascends, offering panoramic views of the majestic landscape. Soon, you’ll reach a small bridge spanning the narrow gorge of the Imja-Tse River, marking a picturesque pause in your trek. After crossing the bridge, the path leads uphill, offering two options: the upper route to the historic Pangboche Village, home to an ancient monastery, or the lower route, the main trail leading directly to Dingboche, Pheriche, and beyond. As the day draws to a close, enjoy a delightful dinner at the Hotel and retire for the night.
Day 07
Start your morning in Dingboche with a peaceful breakfast, savoring the tranquility of the mountain air. Today is dedicated to acclimatization, allowing our bodies to adjust to the altitude. After breakfast, take a leisurely stroll around the village, immersing yourself in the local culture and soaking in the stunning mountain scenery. Return to the hotel for a satisfying lunch, Later that afternoon, engage in an exhilarating hike to Nangkartshang Peak, towering at an impressive 5,083 meters (16,673 feet) above sea level. As the sun begins to set, descend back to Dingboche and return to the comfort of your hotel. Enjoy the delicious dinner!
Day 08
After a wonderful breakfast at the hotel, get on the trek northward towards Pheriche village along a gentle trail. Continuing from Pheriche, the trail leads towards Dugla before reaching a small wooden bridge spanning the Khumbu glacier. Upon arrival, enjoy a satisfying lunch at the hotel, refueling your energy for the journey ahead. Afterward, set out on a 1-2 hour walk to reach Lobuche, surrounded by towering peaks and dramatic glaciers. As the day draws to a close, settle into your accommodations for the night in Lobuche. Indulge in a delicious dinner at the hotel.
Day 09
After savoring a delightful breakfast at the hotel, prepare for the highlight of our trek: the journey towards the foot of Everest Base Camp. Start the trek up the valley, following a rocky path that winds through the rugged terrain. After navigating the last rocky moraine banks, a short downhill walk leads you to Gorakshep, nestled on the flat field below Kalapatther at 5545 meters. Here, take a moment to catch your breath and soak in the awe-inspiring views of Mt. Pumori and the surrounding Himalayan giants. Enjoy a delicious lunch and dinner at the hotel in Gorakshep.
Day 10
After a hearty breakfast at Gorakshep, embark on a memorable trek from Gorakshep to Kalapatthar. The journey begins with a gradual walk, leading you along the rugged terrain towards your destination. As you progress, prepare for a brief but steep uphill climb lasting approximately 30 minutes, culminating in your arrival at Kalapatthar. Begin your descent back to Gorakshep, retracing your steps along the trail. Upon reaching Gorakshep, indulge in a well- deserved lunch at the hotel, Following lunch, bid farewell to Gorakshep as you commence your trek back to Pheriche, where you’ll spend the night. As evening falls, enjoy a delicious dinner at the Hotel.
Day 11
After a satisfying breakfast in Pheriche, our journey unfolds towards Namche. The trail leads us across rivers and through enchanting rhododendron forests, treating us to breathtaking views of the Tawache, Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, AmaDablam, Kantega, and Thamserku mountains.After enjoying the lunch on the way back to Namche, in the tranquil ambiance of the Himalayas, we arrive at Namche for our overnight stay and dinner at a cozy tea house lodge.
Day 12
After breakfast at the hotel, we start our trek to Lukla, tracing the Dudh Kosi River through villages like Jorsale and Chourikharka. Expect a varied terrain with ups, downs, and flat stretches. Take in the scenery and cultural encounters as you trek. Enjoy lunch at the hotel nearby. Arrive in Lukla by late afternoon or early evening, check into your hotel, and savor dinner there. Rest and prepare for the next day’s journey.
Day 13

Day 14
Enjoy a leisurely morning with breakfast at your hotel in Kathmandu. Today is a free day for you to explore the city at your own pace or simply relax and unwind. You can take this opportunity to visit local markets, explore cultural sites such as temples and palaces, or indulge in some shopping for souvenirs and handicrafts. Enjoy lunch and dinner at the Hotel .
Day 15
Begin your day with an early breakfast at the hotel in Kathmandu. Following breakfast, you will be transferred directly to the international airport for your onward journey. Board your flight from Kathmandu to Delhi International Airport. Upon your arrival in Delhi, you will likely arrive in the morning.

Important Notes
- There will be dormitory accommodation at the higher points of trek including Base Camp.
- Heater is available at Dining area with extra cost.
- You are traveling in an environmentally sensitive area; use of plastic bottles is prohibited. Hence, you need to carry your own water bottles or Thermos for your personal use. Hot and Cold water can be refilled at the lodge with an extra cost of NPR. 200-500 per refill.
- Battery, Mobile charge can be negotiated with the owner of the lodge and can be paid directly.
- All above rates are valid till Sept. 2024 exclusively for Indian Passport holders only, based on our contract with the hotels, government tax structure, USD exchange rate, fuel charges etc. In case there are any changes, rates will be revised accordingly.
