• 2. The email id & phone number provided in this section will be treated as primary means to get in touch with you and any update related to your bookings will be forwarded here.
• 3. The information you provide in this section will be used as your billing information.
• 4. Kindly do not write Mr, Mrs Or Miss in the field provided for name. Just your first name and last name are required.
• 5. If you are booking for more than person, kindly do not write both names in the field provided. We will collect that information later.

Hotel Booking :–

• 1. In case you do not wish to book the hotel kindly uncheck the box.
• 2. All the fields in this section are mandatory except for the arrival mode and flight/train details. Just select N/A and write not applicable or not yet booked if you haven’t booked it yet.
• 3. If you wish to check the tariff of different hotel rooms then kindly click on the price list button and a pdf will open on the next page and you will be able to compare and make a better choice.
• 4. As soon as you select the number of rooms you wish to book, a box will appear where you will have to specify the number of people who will be staying in that room or the occupancy type of that room. a. You can select as many rooms as you want and choose the occupancy of each room befitting your comfort. b. For those who wish to select triple occupancy, kindly note that hotel will provide an extra bed.
• 5. As soon as your room selection and occupancy type selection is done, a box will appear wherein we will be asking the names and phone numbers of all the guests staying in that room.
• 6. Kindly note that early check in and late check out, if any, are subject to availability and may cost extra.

Private Pick Up and Drop Service :–

• 1. In case you do not wish to avail the Private Pick Up and Drop Service kindly uncheck the box.
• 2. All the fields in this section are mandatory.
• 3. This service is available for arrival, departure or both. Rates may vary accordingly.
• 4. If you have left the flight/train details in the previous section blank, kindly email or text us your arrival/ departure time stating your voucher number at the top.
• 5. This service is just a one-way service to escort you to and from the hotel during your arrival and departure respectively. Other destinations are not covered in this service.
• 6. If you wish to avail a private vehicle for an entire day, then kindly contact us for the same. We will be more than happy to assist you.
